Building Community for 30 Years: UCSC's African American Theater Arts Troupe

UC Santa Cruz's African American Theater Arts Troupe has staged plays over its 30-year history and also taken up works that deal with issues of race, injustice, and discrimination; brought its performances into the community, and awarded more than $100,000 in scholarships. A virtual gala celebration is scheduled for Sat. Feb. 20.
