NEWSLETTER

Dear readers,

Following the UC Santa Cruz tradition of embracing change and building a better future, the campus is implementing new e-newsletter names and graphics to reflect a new academic year, a fresh start, and an opportunity for UCSC to affirm what we stand for now and always have—giving voice to people through research and education.

As such, this e-newsletter has an updated name: UC Santa Cruz Voice.

UC Santa Cruz Voice will continue along the journey the UC Santa Cruz monthly e-newsletter started, filled with inspirational stories that show the impact of this campus—how students and faculty are finding their voice, their agency, and bringing their ideas, innovation, and energy to the community and the world. The issues will also continue to include news, events, and opportunities.

We hope you enjoy the new name and, of course, this issue.

Best wishes and Go Slugs!
