SEPTEMBER 2020

NEWSLETTER

The recent wildfire in the Santa Cruz Mountains affected many people in the UC Santa Cruz community. Through the Wildfire Relief Fund, UC Santa Cruz has been able to provide more than 60 grants—totaling about $60,000—so far to the employees who were most severely impacted. More are expected to be granted in the coming weeks. Additionally, funds raised for the Slug Support Fund are going directly to students who have been impacted by the wildfire.
