The University of California (UC) Office of the President has issued an updated Policy on Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment (SVSH Policy), which went into effect on January 1, 2016. The SVSH Policy incorporates feedback and input from all levels of the university community and reflects the seriousness that UC attaches to the subject matter.
