The University of California is proposing revisions to the systemwide Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action Policy Regarding Academic and Staff Employment. The revision is intended to reflect recent amendments related to the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ pay transparency rule.
