Campus Advisory
UC Santa Cruz graduate students started an open-ended strike On Feb. 11, 2020. Organizers have said they will not be leading sections, grading assignments, holding office hours, and/or conducting research. Demonstration activity at the base of campus is also anticipated.

Campus power shutdowns on March 21 and 28
The campus must install and test equipment for the new photovoltaic system. To complete this work, a power shutdown is required. On both March 21 and March 28, campus power will be shut off, allowing contractors to install and test all the equipment required to connect the photovoltaic system to the campus power grid.
