Delaware Apartments lottery opening soon

Looking for a new place to call home? UCSC Employee Housing is opening a lottery for rental units at the new Delaware apartments, giving interested employees a chance to secure an available unit. For more information about the apartments, please go to the Employee Housing website.
To join the interest list please click here and submit your contact information PRIOR TO July 30.
Here is what you need to know:
- The Lottery Date: The drawing will take place at 12:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, July 30.
- How it works: If your name is drawn, you will receive an email with next steps, including instructions on how to tour the property and start the leasing process. Units are available for immediate occupancy.
While joining the interest list is non-binding, we kindly ask that only employees with a serious interest in renting fill out the form.
Make sure to keep a close eye on your inbox (and spam folder!) on and after July 30 so you don’t miss your opportunity to rent at Delaware apartments.
