Salary increase for policy-covered staff, academic appointees
All eligible policy-covered staff employees, Senate faculty, and policy-covered academic appointees will be eligible to receive a 3.2 percent salary increase.
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to share the news from the UC Office of the President that all eligible policy-covered staff employees, Senate faculty, and policy-covered academic appointees will be eligible to receive a 3.2 percent salary increase. The increase will be effective July 1, 2025 for staff employees and Oct. 1, 2025 for Senate faculty.
UC Santa Cruz employees play an important role in advancing our mission, and the campus wants to recognize your hard work and contributions. The campus is making progress in reducing the structural core funds deficit, and we want to do what we can to retain our talented faculty and staff.
The wages of staff employees and academic appointees who are represented by our various unions are governed by collective bargaining agreements and not included in this program.
The campus will share more details regarding eligibility soon.
