24th Annual Earth Summit
The 24th annual Earth Summit is on May 3, from 12-4pm on Oakes Lower Lawn.
Please join us on May 3, 2025 from 12-4pm on Oakes Lower Lawn for the 24th annual Earth Summit – an exciting event to promote sustainability on campus. In an effort to make climate action more accessible, Earth Summit is a chance for students to come together and build lasting connections, with a focus on protecting the planet.
Earth Summit was started in 2002 by the Student Environmental Center, which later joined Enviroslug, as a way to connect with environmental issues and create community on campus. This year the theme is Cultivating Climate Action. With this Earth Summit, Enviroslug’s goal is to bridge the gap between the political and ecological climate and build hope. To do so, Enviroslug is collaborating with the People of Color Sustainability Council and the Sustainability Office’s Student Sustainability Advisor team.
