The Division of Global Engagement proposes a new policy on International Travel and invites comments. The policy is intended to respect academic freedom of all faculty, students, and staff to pursue international research and educational activities while mitigating health, safety, and security risks.
The key provisions include:
- definitions and requirements for high-risk and very high-risk travel,
- the responsibilities of travelers and administrators, and
- pre-travel review for high-risk and very high-risk destinations.
