In compliance with requirements outlined in SB 108 (June 2024) and in furtherance of having clear communication, UC Santa Cruz provides notice to its stakeholders of policies that protect student, staff, and faculty safety, access, and operations while promoting and supporting free expression.
As a part of this effort, UC Santa Cruz enacted Interim Conduct Regulations (Time, Place, and Manner). The division of Finance, Operations, and Administration is now accepting the campus community's feedback in advance of removing the interim status.
