UC Santa Cruz wants your input on Leading the Change: The UC Santa Cruz Strategic Plan. Leading the Change is our opportunity to chart a path for progress on our campus goals of advancing student success, amplifying our research profile, fostering an inclusive campus climate, and becoming more sustainable and resilient. The strategic planning process will also establish metrics by which success will be measured over the next decade.
Five committees, each with a diverse set of campus stakeholders, will use your input to develop their priorities and initiatives.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and every respondent will automatically be entered into drawings for $25 to $200 gift cards. The next drawing will occur on February 3. You should have received an invitation to respond via your UCSC email. Responses are due Friday, Feb. 3.
