UCSC Information Security will hold a town hall following the data breach that is affecting the UC community. This will be an opportunity for you to learn what you can do to protect your personal information, including signing up for free credit monitoring and identity theft protection.
The University is working with law enforcement agencies and is continuing to investigate. Our understanding of the incident is still limited and evolving, so this town hall will be focused on the steps you can take to protect yourself. In the meantime, review answers to frequently asked questions on the UC Office of the President website.
