Join us this Friday, June 5 for a conversation around self-care, and managing the challenges of Covid–19.

We’ll explore the pillars of self-care, and how to support ourselves and others by learning to regulate and even reap rewards from our stress.

June 5
3–4 p.m.

For optional reading and viewing on the topic: A brief article by Sarah Reichert, L.I.C.S.W., M.S.W of the Mayo Clinic, providing advice for self care.

A provocative 14 minute Ted Talk: How to Make Stress Your Friend, by Kelly McGonigal, Author of The Willpower Instinct and professor in both the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the School of Medicine, arguing that “stress actually makes us socially smart – it’s what allows us to be fully human."

Dive deep into self-care with a one hour webcast from Academic Impressions (AI). If you haven’t accessed this vast library of resources yet you’ll be asked to register.
