Dive deep into self-care with a one hour webcast from Academic Impressions (AI). If you haven’t accessed this vast library of resources yet you’ll be asked to register. Use your UCSC email address for an array of free services from AI, through our Learning & Development website. This one hour program reviews Upgrading Your Self-Care during the COVID Crisis and will end with the development of a personal plan.
