The Healthy Campus Network (HCN) aims to make UC Santa Cruz a healthier place to work, learn, and live and is guided by our core values of fostering wellness, encouraging personal responsibility, respecting diversity, and working to reduce health inequalities. Using this integrated approach, UCSC’s HCN helps build and sustain wellness programs and activities for our campus community. This program was initially developed In response to President Napolitano’s December 2016 letter announcing the launch of a system-wide initiative for improving health and wellness on all UC campuses.
