For the first time, Santa Cruz area businesses are able to be part of the largest student resource fair at UC Santa Cruz.
The campus's Office of Physical Education, Recreation, and Sports will host a campus-wide resource fair—called OPERS Fest—on Sept. 20th from 3-6pm on the East Field.
Last year, more than 7,000 students attended to learn about student clubs, organizations, and services.
The fee for businesses to participate is $1,000. In exchange, they get to set up a table to promote their goods or services. The business's logo will be printed on the T-shirts worn by about 100 campus staff members during the fair; displayed on the OPERS Fest website; and on digital screens during the first week of class.
