Biennial travel patterns survey

To: UCSC Community

From: Larry Pageler, Transportation and Parking Services

UCSC's Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) is launching its biennial survey to collect data on the travel patterns of our students, faculty, and staff. The survey is a key part of our effort to monitor and improve our programs, services, and systems. Most respondents should need no more than five minutes to complete it.

The questions in the survey relate to how you traveled to, from, and around UCSC last week, Monday through Friday (May 16th through May 20th). Please complete this survey no later than Friday, May 27th.

All responses will be kept confidential. Even if you only work at or attend UCSC part-time, work at off-campus locations in Santa Cruz, or didn’t come to campus last week, your information is a valuable part of this data collection process.

Survey participants who fully complete the survey by May 27th (and submit their name and contact information at the end of the survey) will be eligible for our prize drawing of five $50 Bay Tree Bookstore gift certificates.

We sincerely appreciate your input and invite you to participate in the data gathering process by clicking on this link: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/2751855/UCSC-Transportation-Survey-2016
