The Santa Cruz Police Department is seeking the community's help in identifying the suspect wanted in a child luring case. The incident occurred at 4 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2016 near the 100 block of Tosca Terrace, on the upper west side of Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz police officers have issued a media bulletin, and a sketch of the suspect (attached).
The suspect is described as a 5-foot, 6-inch tall Hispanic male with yellowish teeth. He was wearing a short sleeve gray shirt and spoke in English with a heavy Spanish accent. The suspect fled the area in a light gold four-door sedan with faded paint, which was caught on a surveillance camera. (image attached)
