Each year the Division of Undergraduate Education, in collaboration with the Academic Senate Committee on Teaching, recognizes a select group of UCSC instructors for teaching that is exemplary and inspiring. The webform where you can submit a nomination is located at:

Please note you must login using your CruzID and Blue Password.
Here are the guidelines when submitting a nomination:
· Only current UCSC students may vote.
· Graduate students cannot nominate their advisor.
· OPERS instructors are not eligible to receive an award.
· Make sure the instructor hasn't received an award in the past 5 years: CLICK HERE FOR A LIST OF PAST RECIPIENTS
· Nominations must be received by Tuesday, March 25, 2013.
