Community Crime Bulletin -- Sexual Battery

The UC Santa Cruz Police Department is investigating a report of sexual battery that occurred on February 5, 2014, at 1045 hours, in the OPERS East Field House men's locker room.  The victim reported an unknown Asian male, approximately 30 years of age, with a shaved head began making "small talk" with the victim.  The suspect said something that the victim could not understand, then "grabbed" the victim while the victim was in the shower. The suspect left the locker room in an unknown direction.
 
Anyone with information regarding this incident  is encouraged to contact the UC Santa Cruz Police Department immediately at 831-459-2231.

Report all crimes to the police.  Try to describe suspects and/or behaviors accurately.  Your actions can help prevent others from becoming victims.
Trust your instincts.  If something or someone makes you uneasy, tell someone, avoid the person or leave the area.
