Envision UCSC Open Forums for Staff

As part of our strategic planning effort for 2020, Envision UCSC, we are hosting several open forums for all stakeholders who would like to participate in person.

As part of our strategic planning effort for 2020, Envision UCSC, we are hosting several open forums for all stakeholders who would like to participate in person. The first open forum for staff was booked immediately, and I was truly pleased that staff expressed such an interest. In response to the demand, we are continuing to schedule additional open forums.

Next week, there are two open forums specifically for staff that still have space available:
•    Tuesday, December 17 at 10 a.m. in the Porter College Hitchcock Lounge.
•    Tuesday, December 17 at 2 p.m. in the Porter College Hitchcock Lounge.

To register, please go to the registration page, select the time you would like, and register.

These stakeholder meetings are engaging and highly collaborative, and I encourage you to participate with your colleagues. However, if you cannot attend a meeting, you can provide input through the two online surveys; you can take one or both, and responses are anonymous.

Staff are vital stakeholders in UCSC’s future, and I urge you to get involved. I also encourage managers and supervisors to provide release time in order for employees to participate.
