2014 Leadership Academy Applications Now Being Accepted

The 2014 Leadership Academy will meet over a three-month period, from January through March 2014. Each session will highlight specific issues and challenges faced by UCSC leaders. Through presentation, discussion and experiential learning, participants will broaden their understanding of how UCSC operates and hone their leadership skills and abilities. The Academy provides a unique opportunity for cross-campus networking and for dialogue with the Chancellor, Executive Vice Chancellor, and other campus leaders. View the full flyer.

  • The Academy is intended for ladder rank faculty as well as staff employees [Senior Analyst PSS K – MSP V (or equivalent)] with at least six months of service. Continuing Lecturers may apply and will be accepted into the Academy if space permits.
  • Applicants must commit to attending all sessions and to full participation in the 360° assessment process.
  • Visit the Academic Affairs website for details on the schedule and the 360° assessment.
  • There is no fee to participate.
