In Memoriam – Jamie Cooper

With great sadness, we write to inform you that Jamie Cooper, a Cowell student, died on Tuesday, September 3, as a result of a car accident. Services are Friday, September 13, 2013.

With great sadness, we write to inform you that Jamie Cooper, a Cowell student, died on Tuesday, September 3, as a result of a car accident. Jamie transferred to UCSC in 2008. A Literature major, Jamie had nearly completed her studies and was about to graduate. She would have been the first in her family to graduate from college, a point of great pride for Jamie and her family.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Laurel Ridge Community Church in Oakley.
