In Memoriam – Erendira Vaca Jaramillo

Please join me and my colleagues at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) in remembering employee, Erendira Vaca Jaramillo. She passed away in her Watsonville home on July 7, 2013.  She was 49.

Erendira worked for the UCSC Physical Plant Custodial Department from 2002 to 2013.  Much of her time at was spent assigned to Merrill College where she made many friends over the years.  

Erendira Vaca Jaramillo was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was well known for her compassion, her faith, and love of her church. She was dedicated to her family and loyal to her friends. Some of the things she enjoyed were Bible studies, volunteering in her community, playing soccer and most especially spending time with her granddaughters.
