KSBW spotlights UCSC’s stellar astronomy program

With astronomer Sandra Faber about to receive the National Medal of Science, KSBW’s evening television news program featured a story about the achievements and recognition of UCSC’s astronomy program. The story included interviews with astronomy faculty members Greg Laughlin, Steve Vogt, and Enrico Ramirez-Ruiz, as well as undergraduate astrophysics major Erica Gonzales.
