As previously announced, I will host an online budget forum for members of the UCSC community on Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. This online forum with other campus leaders reflects our commitment to engaged communication around issues of interest to the campus community.
Even with the passage of Proposition 30, the campus continues to face significant budget challenges that we will discuss in this forum. The federal "fiscal cliff" also presents challenges for the campus and for our students.
To access the web-based forum, please visit the CP/EVC web site shortly before the 3:30 start time and follow the posted instructions. Viewers will have an opportunity to submit questions in real time during the forum.
