Library exhibit honors faculty and the books that influenced them
During the month of April, an exhibit in the Science and Engineering Library will recognize UCSC faculty who have attained tenure or received promotion and showcase the books that have influenced them.

Reading and inspiration: Tobias Wolff at UCSC
Tobias Wolff drew a capacity crowd to the Humanities Lecture Hall on the first night of the 2011 Living Writers series. Wolff read three short stories and regaled the crowd with stories of “binge reading” and his earliest inspirations as an author.

Housing Workshops
The University Relations’ Good Neighbor Initiative Program will be holding two workshop sessions to provide students with information on how to find off-campus housing, important city ordinances and methods of renter advocacy.
