Open Enrollment 2011 – Week 2

Open Enrollment for 2011 will end at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 23. 

Key Reminders:

•    To take advantage of the lower Health Net Blue & Gold HMO premiums, you must go to At Your Service Online (https://atyourserviceonline.ucop.edu/ayso) and elect the Blue & Gold HMO.

•    Plan changes for all employees, including represented employees*, must be made during the Open Enrollment period.  If you change your mind during Open Enrollment, you can make a new election.  The last election submitted before 5:00 pm on November 23 will be the one that is processed.

•    Eligible children up to age 26 may be enrolled in your UC insurance plans that provide coverage to children, but you must enroll them during Open Enrollment.

Meet Physicians Medical Group (PMG) of Santa Cruz County - If you are considering changing to a PMG Santa Cruz physician in order to take advantage of the lower Health Net Blue & Gold HMO premiums, you can attend a presentation by a PMG representative or drop-in to ask a question.  Please enroll for presentations at http://events-manager.ucsc.edu.
