Graduating Seniors In Art Display Their Work At UCSC On June 18-19

SANTA CRUZ, CA–The best artwork produced by graduating seniors in the visual arts at the University of California, Santa Cruz, will be on display the weekend of June 18-19. The annual Senior Exhibit will be held in studios D101, E102, E103, and J001 of the Elena Baskin Visual Arts Studios. Hours are noon to 5 p.m.
Sponsored by the Board of Studies in Art, the show features the work of nearly 100 art majors. Each student selects his or her three best pieces for display. The exhibit will include paintings in acrylic, oil, and watercolor; drawings; sculpture; photography; computer art; prints; and lithographs.
The exhibit is open to the public. Admission is free. For more information, call the Art Board at (408) 459-2272.
