High-wind warning has expired

The High Wind Warning for the Santa Cruz area issued by the National Weather Service has expired. Significant county impacts were seen due the remnants of a Pacific typhoon which passed through the area Monday and Tuesday, but there were no major incidents on campus as a result of this storm. Rain is expected to continue through Wednesday night, but no further significant storm activity is forecasted.
