The Student Health Center is once again offering seasonal flu shots for campus staff and faculty. Due to the Health Center renovation, this year we are scheduling the clinics at various campus venues to better accommodate access.
Flu shots will be offered on the following days and times:

Please note that these flu shots are for seasonal or regular flu vaccine and not the H1N1 specific vaccine. We have not yet received our allocation of vaccine but will be scheduling H1N1 vaccine clinics when available. Please check the Student Health Center web site for H1N1 information and announcements regarding the H1N1 vaccine clinics.
In order to reduce waiting time, reservations are required and can be made online at: http://sa-web.ucsc.edu/staff/fluclinic/ There is limited space, so please reserve early. The reservations home page includes contact information should you have questions about making a reservation, cancellation of a reservation, billing, or general flu shot inquiries.
The cost is $25 and is payable by cash or your personal check made out to the "UC Regents." (Units wishing to provide a recharge for staff coverage must make a reservation and then contact Teresa Dunn in the Student Health Center Billing Office ahead of time at 9-4480. If a staff member's name is not on the official list, they must pay for their flu shot at the time of service).

Please note that the cost of flu shots at off campus locations may vary from the Student Health Center cost.

PLEASE NOTE: The campus seasonal influenza vaccine clinics may need to be rescheduled if we do not receive the vaccine from our suppliers. Please check our web site with updates on vaccine supply prior to going to the flu shot clinic. We regret the inconvenience this may cause but are contending with a nationwide seasonal influenza vaccine distribution problem.
