New email service for UCSC students--SlugMail

On September 23, Information Technology Services began offering a new email service for students called SlugMail, powered by Google.

SlugMail is just like Gmail and offers students a fast, feature-rich email option with plenty of storage. Students will also have access to the popular Google communications tools like document sharing, chat, sites, and calendar.

Students have a choice to continue using CruzMail or sign up for the new SlugMail service. Either option allows students to keep their existing @ucsc.edu email address. We are only offering SlugMail to students at this time.

More information is available at its.ucsc.edu/service_catalog/slugmail/.

If you have any questions about SlugMail, please contact the ITS Support Center at help@ucsc.edu.
